In order to be prepared for the present and future roles in cyberspace, we need to make sure we are educated about this field—not only on the threats of cybercrime, but of the opportunities happening in real time. According to Google, more than 65% of young people will work in jobs that don’t currently exist. Global cybercrime costs will grow by 15% per year over the next five years and reach $10.5 Trillion USD annually by 2025. This shocking statistic represents the largest transfer of economic wealth in history, higher than the combined profits of all major illegal drug trades and exceeding the total yearly damage caused by natural disasters.
If cybercrime damage predictions were measured as a country, cybercrime would be the world’s third-greatest economy after the United States and China. That means companies are offering salaries that are higher than ever before to be able to defend against such threats.

ABOUT THE FOUNDER: WILLIAM “TJ” SIMS IV
Born in Long Beach, NY and raised by a single mother 200% below the poverty line, William is no stranger to adversity. “This skillset saved my family's life. I grew up on food stamps, Section 8 housing and government assistance. Now my family is thriving with no government intervention, that’s true freedom.” In March of 2018, William secured a six-figure job offer three months before college graduation with a Fortune 500 company.
Since then, he has accumulated over 60M+ in cybersecurity salary offerings and has been shifting the dynamic and transcending the next generation of underrepresented cybersecurity leaders worldwide. His passion for helping others and strengthening his community has earned him a spot as one of the youngest members to join the 2022 Forbes Executive Business Council. Today, William travels the world teaching others how to develop skills that aren’t disposable in the age of Information Technology and secure their future in Cyberspace.
